We are both so thrilled for the sellers of this light and bright condo in Ridgefield, Washington. Mr. Seller's 100-year old mother now lives in a nursing facility in Seattle, where they also live. Therefore, since it's a trust sale, it took some time to get things ready. Due to restricted crowd gatherings, an estate sale to clear household furnishings had to be postponed until recently.
As with all of our listings, we encourage sellers to get the condition of the property in optimal shape prior to our marketing. They agreed, and we scheduled a deep cleaning, window washing, and carpet cleaning. Homes in good condition, and priced correctly, sell more quickly. Naturally, excellent photos and our "neighborhood lifestyle" videos help too. We think it's a winning formula, and more importantly, our clients do too.
Congratulations to our sellers, in just ten-days, we have a fully accepted, near full-price offer. We are pleased their concern over this vacant property is soon going to be one less thing to cause worry. Did we mention they have two 100-year-old mothers living in Seattle nursing facilities? As we told them both at our listing appointment, longevity genetics are certainly working in your favor.
