First, I'd like to thank my client for trusting me to successfully and safely help them close on their new home at 40 Wilridge Road in Ridgefield CT.  It was a team effort and everyone took necessary safety precautions.  Once my clients said yes to the address, we submitted our offer electronically, scheduled inspections which were performed virtually, mortgage application processed online, final walk-through courtesy of ProChek and attorney performed closing remotely. Also offered SERVPRO of Ridgefield to professional clean prior to moving in, a coronavirus cleaning service to disinfect according to CDC protocols. 

It was quite the journey and not taken lightly, purchasing a home during a pandemic isn't easy or enjoyable, but when essential it's possible. The real estate industry will continue to operate during these trying times and we're taking precautions to keep our clients and community safe.
