What wonderful choices you shared with us this morning. Growing up in a country that was a French mandate, French culture prevailed. At home when I lived with my grandparents, the music played was classical, When we stayed in the mountains on vacation the Lebanese music prevailed.
Barbara Todaro yes, the food has similarities with a few twists. That include Greece, Turkey, and other Middle Eastern countries. One of my faves is Egyptian sausage that are grilled and then served with lemon to squeeze on top. LOL A
