Do you need a new garage door?
What else is on your list of home improvements? I am not sure how many home owners replace their garage door over the life time that they own a home but evidently it stays at the tp of the list of home improvements over time.
This list also seems to be biased over exterior improvemnts but I need to do more research there as well. Kitchen and paint are at the top of the list when it comes to interior improvements.
This exterior list seems to be swayed towards improving the curb appeal of a home which is always a good idea.
