My buyers just closed on this beautiful home in a Gated section of the master planned community of Viera, FL.
The buyers came from Colorado. Joan Cox referred them to me a couple of months ago and we had quite a hard time finding the perfect home for them. We initially found a home they loved, but the inspections forced the buyers to consider other options.
On a second trip to the Space Coast, the buyers found this beautiful four bedroom, 4 full bath home with a three car over-sized garage, screened in pool, lakefront lot, open concept kitchen with AMAZING pantry and much more. The brand new roof and circular driveway made this an easy choice.
Funny Coincidence (maybe): When we were on our first shopping trip, the GPS took us up to this gated neighborhood, through the gate, and circled around. We drove back out and thought...that was strange. When we lost the initial home over inspections and started looking again, this home showed up. when we drove in the gate I told the buyers...do you realize this is the neighborhood we drove through on the first trip? Scary! Was it meant to be? My buyers love their new home, neighborhood and even the tricked out golf cart we negotiated into the deal!
