I had a late closing today with an attorney I have never worked with. We waited in the lobby area for them to do whatever for about 25 mins. Finally we were called to the back. The gentleman/attorney motions for us to go into a particular room and he starts his professional brief without hesitation. He finally got to the last page so congratulations were in order for my client. She then proceeded to ask him who he was. He had a flustered look on his face as he introduced himself. We laughed about him being the "overdressed" janitor that would make the closing null and void. Would someone eventually burst into the room because they couldn't find him anywhere else in the building to find him sitting with us??? My client and I laughed all the way to our cars.
