It was fantastic and great for those do it yourself types out there.  This is a great resource and very kind on the eyes.  It is extremely functional and offers all of the bells and whistles that we would use on our independent searches.  The best thing is that it draws directly from the actual source Data within the Real Estate Community:  The Local Board of Realtors.  SoCalMLS is what the Southland Board of Realtors is feeding on now.

Every property listed for sale, all foreclosures, short sales, distressed, regular sales, leased with options, and others are all in the MLS.  They have to be.  All Foreclosures are listed by the banks, why would they want to cut out thousands of Realtors that have qualified buyers?  They would not.
