As of September 30, 2020, there are 10 homes under contract. As anticipated new listings in September were quickly gobbled up by anxious buyers waiting for new inventory. So many buyers need housing, we just cannot keep up with the demand!
Homes Sales in September 2020
September homes sales jumped by 67% from last year and sold prices were up 26%, sold price/square foot was up 9% and days on market was down 62%. Everyone wants to know what will happen this fall in the Canyon Creek real estate market. More of the same!!
