Hello Rainers,

I wanted to share with you my new category on my website, www.castnetpress.com. It is called Spotlight on People. I have thought about this for a while now and I just recently installed it.

I have some wonderful friends that really make life better for others. This is my way of helping them reach more people and to just celebrate their unique gifts to the world.

I started with my friend, Tim Snider who has written a most unusual book called Genesis 1-11. His website is www.ReflectionsofLife1.com. You will find some inspiring, encouraging and comforting blogs here whenever you need some refreshing. Email him if you are interested in knowing more about his new book.

Tony Stevenson, my favorite mortgage loan officer is my next spotlight. Tony has been in the business for 30 years and is absolutely the best! Tony is the kind of mortgage loan officer every agent and broker wants working with their clients. He is always on top of things and keeps his clients updated on the progress of their loans regularly. Tony Stevenson He is available with a simple phone call or email and makes time when you need him. I cannot recommend him any higher as he has never disappointed my clients. I'm sure there are others. This site looks like a great way to help get the word out.

Hi Jeff Dowler, Yes, I shared with them and they were appreciative. In fact, Tony will have a place in my upcoming book as he did in Downsizing Homes. I like using the experts and Tony is someone I can truly say is an expert in his field. Pat Strong in my first book Finally A Broker is another expert I hope to spotlight in the future. There are so many people here on the Rain that also would be excellent candidates for spotlighting. Unfortunately, there are only 52 weeks a year and I blog only once a week on my website. I will share some of the Rainers however. Some are very incredible people.
