Please tell me...why NOT BUY NOW?  You can offer atleast 20% below the offering price and you can negotiate a great deal right now. Seller's are very negotiable.

Think about this...interest rates are rising...home sales are low, and the seller's are willing to negotiate really good deal's right now.

Home sales, fabulous home sales are out there..BUY NOW...GET a GREAT INTEREST RATE...

Don't listen to your friend's...be smart. Get the home you want, negotiate the price for the home you want...if you need help anywhere in Florida, call me...954-464-4194.

Realize, the tax break's that you receive when you buy a home, versus renting a property are significant!

You can get great deal's right now!  Negotiate with the seller...(I'll help you)...live there for a few year's then...move on...

Why not take advantage of this time?

Don't listen to your friends...they listen to the TV,..these people are NOT, I REPEAT, NOT, REALTOR'S(R)...

IF YOU WANT MORE INFO...VISIT MY WEBSITE AND/OR CALL ME FOR MORE INFO...

Having a little, cash on hand doesn't hurt either...

Realtor's(r), how do the rest of you feel?

Karen,

Do you know why they are not buying now? It is simple. Because the prices tomorrow will be lower. Waiting hurts us but does not hurt them.

Sales cycles are like springs, they keep rolling tighter and tighter, and then, when they get to the end of their possible movement, they would start moving in the opposite direction with all the force. WHoever waits for that moment, win. So, they wait. I can't blame them. They are smarter than me.

My son bought a 1 bdr condo for $127K and we all thought this was a great deal. It was an AS IS, and it was in AS IS conditin if you know what I mean. We spent  some time fixing  and painting it. I now can buy a fully remodeled 2 bdr condo there, fully done (with granite countertops) for less than $110K, and there are one bdr units in the $50s and $60s. ANd I was preaching that prices were great when he bought it.

Eric,

Yes, we all realize the dollar is about 75% of the Euro...I think some of us who watch the market know this, but thank you.

Jon,

Was this a recent purchase, or was it a few month's ago?  This is a current market blog???

It is an absolutely great time to buy.  We are seeing multiple offers on the low end properties driving the prices up.  go figure!

Karen - Of Course It's A Good Time To Buy!! Prices are down, inventory is up, renting is always a temporary housing solution and now is the time for people to buy a house, build some equity and get a tax deduction!  As home prices lower, interest rates rise.  Sitting on the fence is benefitting no one.  The buyers who blow it by not buying in this cycle are going to be kicking themselves next year for sure.

Pam,

You know that as well as I do, but why do the customer's listen to friends?

Alyce,

I totally agree with you.  You snooze you looze...Kicking isn't even the comment I would make, you are being  very generous with that comment!
