6 C. cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced

1/2 C. dry quick oatmeal

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/2 C. flour

2 Tbs. butter

1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place apples in slow cooker that has been spray with non-fat cooking spray.  Combine remaining

ingredients in a mixing bow until crumbles form.  Sprinkle mixture over apples.

Cover and cook on low 4hrs or on high 2 hrs.

who ever invented the crock pot was brilliant!  The microwave works wonders too, but the crock pot will make you look like a gourmet chef! LOL

Penny.. THIS SOUNDS GREAT!!!!  I was looking for something for tonight.. I'm going out right after the comment and getting the apples.. I have everything else.  I LOVE the crock pot.  This would probably taste great with vanilla ice cream.  Thanks for sharing Penny.
