Super 8 Me-Me and how I wanted to be a Playboy Bunny

We were tagged for a Super 8 Me-Me by Ann Heitland and we did them individually.

1. Who is your favorite musical artist? The Beatles, loved the music and the hair. In fifth grade a friend and I spent an entire day creating a dance to the song "Come Together', then we made our mothers sit and watch. They were really pretty patient ... thinking back, it sucked.

2. Who is your favorite artist? I love a lot of art but two of my favorite artists are Tomasz Rut and Misha Lenn.

3. Who is your favorite blogger? Can anyone really have just one? A few of my faves are Dustin Luther, Ardell DellaLoggia, Jason Crouch, Greg Nino and Todd Clark.

4. If you could meet anyone (alive or dead) who would it be and what is the most interesting thing about them? John Lennon is someone that I would have loved to sit down and chat with. What a talented singer and writer he was sending hope, love and peace through his music.

5. What did you want to be when you grew up? Well there were a couple of things. First there was the Playboy Bunny (it was the 60's and I was a teenager, enough said on that one) and then it was an actress or something in sales. I once did a "what is your ideal job test", to see what the best job for me would be and it said that I should be a talk show host like Oprah or an Air Traffic Controller. So I became a Realtor instead, lol.

6. What is the most interesting piece of trivia that you know? Slugs have 4 noses yuk...where's the salt!

7. If you could live in any point in history what would it be and why? It would have been in the 50's. I love the cars, I love Lucy, Elvis, American Bandstand and the pace of life back then. My husband Scott picked this one too, hmmm maybe this means I should get a poodle skirt.

8. What is the most interesting job you have ever held? It technically isn't considered a job, but we were foster parents to 22 children and every day was interesting for sure!

OK ... Now I am supposed to Meme 8 more people. But who? So how about this, the first 8 people that let me know that they want to take a crack at it get it. But better hurry I only have 8 spots!

Thank you, I am really honored to be among your favorite bloggers! You picked living in the 50's for the same reason I did, just got to love the times. My brother is a foster parent and you are a saint for doing that job, I don't know how you do it!

Patty - Thanks for the compliment by including me in your own "top five" bloggers list. I hope you're having a terrific Monday! The Beatles are one of my favorites, too. I didn't realize that fact about slugs - makes for great dinner conversation, right?

Great meme Patty, Can't go wrong with Lennon and The Beatles. I will mention to my partner in all things ( Ardell) as one you read and like. She has wanted me to do one of these( I keep putting it off), So by saying yes to you, I am really on the hook. Count me in as one of eight.

Great stuff Patty! I actually owe the interent a similar response to this meme!

Todd, thank you we were able to help families get back together. Our kids were teens at the time and they learned a lot about themselves from having foster children live with us. They learned to be understanding and patient which is something that helps all of us.

Jason, it is funny that you commented on the slugs, I expected that you would ask me about the bunny thing. : )
