The Cost of Living in Valparaiso

I was courting a builder last summer and as I showed him Valparaiso. He just could not get over how much Valparaiso reminded him of Naperville of yesteryear. Well, that got me to thinking about the similarities between the two communities on how much they are alike and how different. 

One of the most glaring is the Cost of Living 

I like to think I hit the major points 

1. Real Estate
2. Utilities
3. Transportation
4. Food/Groceries
5. Healthcare
6. Taxes
