With all the drama of this year, the problems with AR losing posts and points a goal I had been working towards went backwards.
But, as much as I don't blog just for the points, I have been working slowly, very slowly towards reaching a Million points and was on track before the issues on AR dropped off several posts. Sometimes it felt I was going backward, figuratively and literally.
I carried on blogging, admittedly not necessarily productively real estate wise, but I was busy and I posted some regular posts featuring music, which I definitely needed to make it through the COVID stay at home orders. I read and posted comments to those I follow.
Yesterday, my points re-appeared magically, as promised in a post a little while ago and lo and behold I am now beyond the magic million, which I seem to have only seen in the distance for so, so long.
I have been on AR for a long time, dropped away a few times, but always return. So I have not been as consistent as those with multiple million points totals. But, those points do help you to be found, as you are ranked by area. I miss the community when I dropped away, which is why I always have returned. And also why I kept blogging when the troubles with posting and disappearing points happened.
Now, my next goal is to adjust my posts, to be a little more productive real estate wise, to be more local and post about what is happening nearby. I know it works as I have had clients call me from posts, they have also helped be ranked for different developments. So, I encourage you, if you are just starting out, keep going, don't get discouraged and keep tweaking what you write and follow those who have been here a long time as it is working for many of us. Even pick up the phone and ask questions, because this is a community, and everybody is willing to help and give advice so you too can be successful.
And if you need a realtor in the Philly Main Line area, I am here and can help.
