On September 24th, AR Staff Keeping You In The Loop , posted about the missing blog posts and missing points. In their post, Abracadabra - Hocus Pocus , they explained their progress.
Now -- as of 10-10-2020 --
Points For Missing Posts and Comments Restored
About three dozen people commented on the post linked above. Some stated they were still missing posts or points or both from the June 2020 "gremlin attack" on their Blogs. Hopefully all AR Members' concerns are resolved as of the latest progress update. If not ...
The developers asked for feedback in the Comments Section of Abracadabra . If you still have points issues -- leave a comment there for them.
For me, part of the fun of being an Ambassador is the ability to help direct inquiries I receive about technical issues when other AR members request something. Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP and Endre Barath, Jr. encountered the dreaded pink box and that issue now is resolved as well.
Still in progress are the Dropdown Boxes in the Blog Editor. Sheri Sperry - MCNE® - the choices are still there but hard to find -- resolution soon!
Maybe a week or so more.
When sorting out the issues in the code - sometimes the "devs", as they call themselves, go five steps forward and yet, one step back may result!
As we reach out for our career success, those of us writing on ActiveRain must keep our focus on good topics, catchy titles and presentation. Everyone wants to avoid technical fights with the Blog Editor!
