It was a beautiful day in the DFW area on Sunday and more nice weather is expected for the remainder of the week. Be sure to stay up late tonight to see the starry night featuring Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn, and the moon and Venus before dawn. Mars will finally reach opposition, maximum brightness on 10/13, its closet approach to Earth until 2035 and will be recognizable in the color red!

Main Street on Grapevine is very community minded. Yesterday's banner across Main Street announced "Walk To End Alzheimer's" to be held on October 17, 2020. In honor of Barbara Todaro and all our loved ones who are on this journey, please visit by clicking on the link for Alzheimer's Association Website or go directly to www.alz.org. There's a walk for the cause everywhere. The website will show you where you can sign up.
October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month In honor of Lottie Kendall, Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist, and women and men everywhere who have been down this path, let's all do our part to support the cause. For more information on how you can support loved ones and friends with Breast Cancer follow the link (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) or go directly to www.National Breast Cancer.org. As a daughter, niece of many Aunts, and a friend to many who didn't survive, supporting the cause for these and other life saving causes is the very least we can do.
When you wish upon a star, wish for a cure for many diseases and the pandemic to end soon. If you are a person of faith, pray for mercy, Family, First Responders, Medical Researchers, Doctors, and Nurses too.
