Stone Ridge Mid Week Update October 4, 2020 - October 10, 2020

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 2 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional town homes.  2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes.    1 homes closed; 1 traditional town homes.  There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
