When you are contacted via e-mail regarding a home you're listing, a possible new listing, or your services, what are some successful ways that you follow up. I have read that those who contact via e-mail prefer to be contacted back by e-mail. Have you found this to be true? I'd love to hear successful and well received follow up methods.

I agree with this. Are there any other creative follow ups that people have? What would you do after your initial call or e-mail back... what if you don't receive an additional response to Your response?  I think it's very important to have great customer service and return requests promptly, but not be pushy...

First, if there is a phone number, call them.  Then, always followup with an email.  If no phone number, send initial email.  In both cases, they should be added to a drip campaign.  Top Producer does them automatically for you.
