My only response to this post is Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 (larry and Sheila) sell many in EVERY condo community in Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island..... they have the listing and selling market cornered in those counties.....
