In the current market that is absolutely true, Barbara Todaro and buyers are fighting over the low inventory that is available.

As long as the rates stay low this market will stay hot even with a scarce inventory.  I got a client who wants into my neighborhood and knew a neighbor who had two homes, I called to see if we could make a deal. It is looking good. This is the kind of market we are in.
