With the government stepping up to the financing crisis, the next step is to get the public educated on what types of loans are available.  Many veterans don't even know that they qualify for VA loans, or that they can qualify for a VA loan when they're purchasing a 2nd primary home (ie they sold their first and are buying again).  IF you are a Veteran and thinking of buying, I would encourage you to attend this seminar to get all your questions answered.  There will also be a Realtor (myself), an insurance agent who is familiar with discounts to veterans, a financial planner and a home inspector present.  I hope to see you there!
