Ahhhh it's been awhile since I've had a little time alone in the house. Since Gary retired from aerospace and I've been working from home it's been pretty non-stop around here every day. Gary likes to pop in my office and see what's happening and how he can support me. As you know he was a big part of our real estate company and still is, he just doesn't have all the 'detailed' stuff to manage anymore. And he's loving that part! He's focusing more on assisting me with client needs and back office techie stuff. I love that part!
Since it's been crazy hot here this summer he couldn't spend much time on the golf course for hours on end or any hours for that matter. But now that the weather is cooling way down and it's perfect golfing weather.
Thankfully! I really do need him to go and play 18 holes and just have fun outside. That kind of sounds like a Mom saying - you kids go outside and play! LOL One of his good friends of many years just retired too so that's who he's playing with today. That friend's wife is one of my best friends and has been since my 20's! She's just as happy as I am for those guys going golfing together - and as often as they prefer!
I guess that means happy wife, happy life and happy husband, happy life!
