On October 19, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values declined 1.6% to the price of $915,000 in September of 2020 from price of $930,000 in August of 2020, but higher 10.2% from price of $830,000 in September of 2019, While, homes sales gained 4.9% in September of 2019 from in August of 2020, and rose 31.3% from September of 2019 in Orange County, California.
There were 2.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in September of 2020 down from 2.4 months in August of 2020, and dropped from 3.6 months in September of 2019. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a home in September 2020, decreased from 12.0 days in August of 2020, and dropped from 24.5 days in September of 2019, in Orange County, California.
