Wow first time, well Thomas, I know I would change lots of things base on what I know now.  I would of gone with a better broker, one like I am now.

Hello Thomas - so true.  A fresh set of eyes or a set of eyes simply refocused can provide a solution to an age-old issue.  Perspective is part of the picture and that can start the ball rolling in all sorts of directions.  To mix(and mix up) some metaphors.  

Hi Thomas - another good one.  There have been times when I've stopped and thought......how would I see things if I was just starting in this business. It's always interesting to ask the students their thoughts both experienced agents and brand spanking newbies.

When I was first licensed in 1981, I had incredible beginner's luck.  It started out by hanging my license in an office of experienced agents who were generous with their knowledge.  When I look back, I can't think of anything I would do differently.  That early lucky success, gave me excitement to continue learning new things, and to continue on!
