McGrath brings 14 years of successful corporate marketing, sales and recruiting experience to her new role as a Broker. She has successfully bought and sold eight personal or investment homes in the past ten years and during that time learned a great deal about what works and what doesn't work in the real estate market.

She earned her BS in Communication and has completed most of her work for her MS in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah. McGrath, her husband Kerry and their three young children have lived in Oregon for five years. They love being only 1.5 hours from the gorgeous Oregon coast and enjoy camping, off-roading, and family "game nights". She is also active with church and community service.
