Sometimes it isn't the right time to buy a condo in Bethesda. Maybe you are just in Bethesda for a year or two with a temporary assignment at Walter Reed or a short stint at the Marriott Headquarters. Maybe you need to sell a property in a different location before you can buy in Bethesda. Maybe you aren't sure whether you would like to live in a highrise and so you want to try out that lifestyle before you commit to a new condo. Perhaps you are new to the area and you just aren't sure where you want to live. Then you might want to do the next best thing and that is to find a great apartment in the heart of Bethesda.
If you are looking for an apartment in Bethesda, you should check out Bethesda Place at 7701 Woodmont Avenue. Located at the intersection of Woodmont and Old Georgetown, the apartment building is connected to the Bethesda Metro by a foot bridge. There is lots of parking in the garage under the building if the Metro is not your cup of tea.
The building has a front desk and an exercise room. Pets are allowed and it is a great location for taking long walks with your favorite fur baby since all of Bethesda is just outside your doorstep. The views from the balconies of each apartment are engaging and urban!
Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer, a balcony, extra storage and granite and stainless in the kitchen. The bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops and new tile.
Some of my favorite Bethesda restaurants are just a few steps away. You will love the small local restaurants in the Woodmonth Triangle like the Tastee Diner, Positano and Pines of Rome. Quick bites nearby include the Dog Haus, Jetties and BGR for burgers. If you walk down Woodmont Avenue into the other part of Bethesda, south of Old Georgetown Road, you will find restaurants like Mon Ami Gabi and Raku. You will never go hungry living in Bethesda.
There are lots of choices in floorplans, depending on whether you want a one bedroom or a two bedroom unit. Sizes range from 804 to 949 square feet for a one bedroom one bath and from 1234 to 1319 square feet for a two bedroom two bath unit.
