Wordless Wednesday - Happy Home, Happy Flowers

Reading Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker's post today about flowers that her client gave her, prompted this post. My first thought when reading Anna's blog was that her flowers lived so long because they sensed a 'happy home.' Sure enough, reading through the comments, I saw that Dorie Dillard CRS GRI ABR shared my same exact thought!

For years, I have kept flowers in my home and can always count on them lasting for a long time. I attribute it to changing the water frequently and keeping those positive vibes circulating throughout the home!

Flowers for Cheer

Happy Wednesday everyone!

It seems as if flowers can sense the love that is shared with them and stay good for longer when it is given.

Love this, Debe Maxwell, CRS  I still get my mom flowers, but when my dad was still alive he would always take the flowers I bought her, cut them, arrrange them, and even go out into the garden and clip pieces of fresh fern and such to make those flowers even more special. Per haps the best flowers I ever bought was 2 months after my dad's death. I sent her flowers on their anniversary because I knew that he would have wanted just one more time to say "I love you"

Hello Debe - I am not surprised that a post by Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker prompted a similar comment.  Anna has found such things, herself and with others, quite often.  It's truly easy peasy.  Or is that easy peony?

Changing the water often is key to long lasting flowers.  Also, it is best to not keep the house too warm.

And there I was thinking it was where i bought them and how old they were when I did. Now, I know, I have to love on them like I do with my plants.

Debe

Your right and the vibe and changing the water when needed. But a florist secret that they don't give out, add a tiny bit of chlorine to the water. cheers cvc
