I have visited BNI groups and have been underimpressed. Many of the people that are there are very unprofessional. It has been frustrating. So when I got inviting to another to another group I was not excited, but I am all about publicity and so I decided to venture out. This was a Chamber of Commerce Lead Generation and well it was pretty amazing. I recieved a hard lead and another Realtor who wanted to get together to see how we can work an agreement. We also ran into a plumber who said that he knew some people who owned rentals and were getting frustrated. He gave me their numbers....

BNI I went two times and received.... Tenants. I don't need Tenants right now I am 100% full and have a waiting list. I need more properties.
