Facebook Activity
One of the first things I check on Facebook each day is the birthday notifications. I send greetings to my Facebook friends. One of the birthdays was the wife of a nephew. I would not have remembered her birthday without the help of Facebook.
It was nice to see my photographs being shared by the Greater Philadelphia Dahlia Society on their Facebook page. If you love dahlias, you may wish look at their page.
A member of the National Capital Dahlia Society messaged to ask if they could use some of my photographs for their 2021 calendar to benefit area charitable organizations. I told him they are welcome to use any of my photographs. If you live in the DC area, you can learn much about growing dahlias from members of this group.
My routine is to post a daily photograph in selected Facebook groups. I normally receive hundreds of likes and comments and have a worldwide following. I probably should recommend some Facebook groups in my blog posts.
I also post a lot of local announcements and many recipes on Facebook. You may have noticed that Sally K. Hanson is posting daily recipes on Facebook. Follow her on Facebook to see her recipes.
Many of the ActiveRain members are on Facebook and I enjoy connecting with them. When members are no longer posting blogs, you can often find them on Facebook.
If you enjoy reading, you will see that I post regular book recommendations on Facebook. These are books that I have read.
