So Many Reasons to Be Thankful for ActiveRain
I’ve read some great posts from other members on the subject, I don’t think I can measure up. It is not that easy to list only five reasons why I am grateful for ActiveRain, reasons are plenty!
When I joined this wonderful platform, I had no idea what it was about so I spent months lurking around until I didn’t. One of the first members I followed was Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker , I probably read every single post she wrote. I know how it is to be a newbie on a platform as large as ActiveRain, my advice to all newbies is not to wait too long but jump right in.
ActiveRain is my safe place in the virtual world. I know this is a place where I can learn and share freely. Sadly, I can’t say the same about other platforms. I know we’ve had some challenges but glad to see that’s almost behind us.
When I was very new to blogging, I attended almost all webinars via ActiveRain University and learned a ton. The learning hasn’t stopped and never will. The best way to learn is from other professionals.
I can’t go without mentioning some of the members who inspired me then and still do;
Michael Jacobs with his market reports as well as pondering posts. He makes me stop for a few minutes and think...great things happen when you start thinking.
Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP her posts are written from her heart and very passionate regardless of what she writes about.
Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist , I just LOVE her! She’s very knowledgeable, funny, easy to talk to.
Brian England, his smile is contagious. I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person but I can just tell he would be a great friend.
Endre Barath, I appreciate his upfront and honest approach to everything. He’s not one who will hide his words, I have the utmost respect for that. I love his random pictures from his drives, his fur babies, and of course his food.
Ron and Alexandra Seigel, although they specialize in luxury marketing, we can apply what they share with us to any market, any price range. Even if you are here just for entertainment, just follow them and enjoy the beautiful photos they share with us.
Oh goodness, my list can go on and on. I am grateful to all ActiveRain members, especially the ones I interact with more regularly, you are my cherished friends.
As a REALTOR®, we look for business and work hard to obtain it. I am so grateful for all the referrals I have received from ActiveRain. Some of the clients I received through ActiveRain referrals have become my friends, that’s priceless. 
Another perk is the online presence thanks to ActiveRain. I can’t tell you how many calls I received from my blog posts. Just an example, I listed two homes in a subdivision in Clermont from my market update posts. If you think blogging won’t bring you any business, think again.
