Hi Joan Cox, we have not received any offers yet and I have not spoken to my agent regarding offers or showings since it went on the market Friday eve.  In our discussions, the agent said that the market is very strong in Fayetteville and that is what my research found too.  I think it is a great area and would liked to have kept this property.  My wife and I decided we have other options that may end up being more productive so we are selling.  Unfortunately, we had three half-plexes go on the market right when we put our place on the market.  We should get an offer soon, though, because we put new floors in, painted and priced the place less than the others.  We will see.
