New Strategies for Success! Active or Passive Marketing? You Chose!

Active Vs. Passive Marketing: Changing Real Estate Markets. Strategies to Succeed. A new article of mine has just been published in RealtyTimes.Com that reflects how to redefine the way you do business in our current real estate market. In the last few years anything worked! If we could fog up a mirror, we could sell homes. Unfortunately, that is no longer true today. That was called passive marketing and is very similar to being an order taker. Sorry folks, but no agent skills were needed to be top dog under this business model! That model was based on luck. All that required was to be at the right place at the right time! Times have changed rather quickly recently, and many once big producers cannot figure it out! The secret to survive in today's market will define success through being extremely proactive and be actively invloved with every phase of the process! We need to dispense meaningful advice, be solution oriented, propose advanced pricing strategies, and offer proven creative marketing in alternative mediums and more. Can you do this?
