On November 17, 2020, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values up 1.6% to an average price of $930,000 in October of 2020 from an average price of $955,000 in September of 2020, and rose 13.4% from $820,000 in October of 2019. While, homes values down 0.7% in October of 2020 from September of 2020, but jumped 29.3% from in October of 2019 in Orange County, California.
There were 2.0 months supplies of available inventory of homes in October of 2020, declined from 2.2 months in September of 2020, and dropped from 3.2 months in October of 2019. An average it took 10.0 days to sell a home in October 2020, unchanged from 10.0 days in September of 2020, and fell from 28.0 days in October of 2019 in Orange County, California.
