Gaithersburg Winter Lights Festival Opens on Nov. 27, 2020
Our Winter Lights Festival, the perfect socially distancing holiday event, welcomes you back for its 25th spectacular season. The wondrous display of lights at Seneca Creek State Park is open nightly November 27 through December 31 (closed on December 25). The 3.5-mile drive through the enchanted woodland setting takes you past more than 450 illuminated displays and beautifully strung trees that light up the night.
This year, in response to the increased need for food donations due to the pandemic, Winter Lights is proud to support the Cool & Dope food donation program, the Gaithersburg CARES HUB food & nutrition program and the Gaithersburg Holiday Giving program.
For health and safety reasons to limit contact, we strongly advise that tickets be purchased online. Save $3 with advance purchase. Vehicle drivers are required to wear a mask at the admission booth. Click here for hours, admission fees and details.
