This site is one of those firms that is involved in a me-too agent website market and Google has a little over 15 million references to this term in it's worldwide database.
In January 2007, Pullan.com was acquired by Dominion Enterprises.
Dominion also acquired Homes.com, #1Expert and Advanced Access and eNeighborhoods. All of which are pretty much the same kind of company with equally similar products.
Three problems faced Pullan.com.
1.) They were in a Me-Too real estate agent website market that is already too crowded with firms as large as 50 or more employees down to 2 guys working out a garage. Getting visibility for the key search word: real estate website or real estate web sites was not going to be easy.
2.) The second problem is Advanced Access. Even before the Dominion acquisition, their visibility was pretty good. Normally hovering at Google page two, and sometimes on page one. I had to battle now with with several divisions of Dominion in order to rank the Pullan.com site as high as I could. #1 Expert is gone from many search engines, so is Homes.com. My Nemesis for getting visibility for Pullan.com/eProspecting was Advanced Access.
3.) The site had the BASE url of Pullan.com but now thanks to Dominion acquisition made them a division of eNeighborhoods with a new Domain name: eProspecting.com.
This was NOT going to be an easy job to SEO and fix.
The first thing we did was bulldoze the navigation. The site needed to put key word rich, relevant navigation items up as high as we could. The menus were made contextual and extensible. Both of which are Googlebot SEO friendly.
Next was to get rid of the eye clutter. They all liked the site, but their graphics needed a bit of a kick.
Google, Yahoo! MSN Results
Job began 1 March 2008
New Website was posted in early may 2008 with revised site menus, all new pages and contextual-extensible menus.
Google SiteMap was added.
One way incoming links from four outside websites were added.

More than 70% of traffic will come from Google and below is the VisiStat snapshot to validate that assumption.
More stuff later ... Bart
