“How Many Houses do You Want to Buy”

Hey Joe,

How are you? I love my new home, can’t thank you enough!

I am reaching out to see if you can help me with some thoughts. I would like to start purchasing low priced homes and rent them out. Am thinking to put down 20% on each property, I will need mortgages, so can you help me?

One thing I have learned about this client is that once she is on a mission I would not put a tank in front of her. You Go Girl!

Your client doesn't know that they don't have to dump 20% on every property. There is something called seller or owner financing for short periods like 1-2 years and then refinance with a lender when you don't have to put 20% down, hopefully your property appreciated or your revenue has increased in that time
