Thanks, Grace, it is going very well for us right now.  Can you keep God first and people service first at the same time?  I think so, and so do my three "20-something" staff (and the ever ready cheering section and get-me-out-of-jams, Dr. John -- but I can't make him staff.  He's the President & CEO).  God bless you both!
