Is it ready to post?

There is a ton of stuff to do to get your house on the market. And when you think it is ready, your REALTOR® says: " Not Yet"!

The house is empty, painted, cleaned but WHOA!

Take a look at the outside, and what do you see. The patio, the side of the house, and the concrete in general, did not look tip-top.

Above is the side of the house and the back patio area.

Before and after makes a nice difference.

And now we are ready to list!

Thanks to my landscaping contractor, Tony, the power wash was done in a day.
