Have you gotten tried of the negative news about the market?  i know sellers are tried of hearing about how the home they love and was the best thing since sliced bread when they moved in is now not worth anything.

The Herald Tribune in Sarasota had some positive news today about the market in that current inventories are reducing and then they fell down...the article then came to the conclusion that they does not know what this means.  They talked to some Agents and there quotes did not answer the question of what this means to the market.  Well here is my opinion...

As inventory reduces, the market becomes stable and we get a normal trend in buying and selling.  So the relief of this mess of a market might actually straighten out.  There are still a GREAT number of foreclosure and short sales that are driving the price down and making home values of homes  that are not in distress lower, it will get better....
