Fernando, how can I help my Realtor "DO" a Short Sale on my house?

There are many ways how you can help your Realtor negotiate a short sale but here are the basics steps that you should be prepare to do:

  • Finding a Realtor experienced in short sales and hire them. . .is probably the most important task and decision to make. Make sure that the Realtor you are hiring is experienced and knowledgeable in doing short sales

  • Many banks are requiring your property to be listed for at least 60 to 90 days before they will even consider a short sale. The best time to put your property for sale is once you missed the first mortgage payment for the full 30 days.

  • Sign an authorization that allows your Realtor to speak with the Mortgage holder(s) regarding your account. A good Realtor will do everything in his/her power to be successful. . without an authorization there is no communication

  • For a free consultation if you are a good candidate for a short sale”, please contact us at the number below. . .
