Designing a new real estate sign definitely proved to be more difficult than I thought it would be. A close friend designed one for me that I loved, but when I sent it to the printer the file wasn't big enough to be used. Since he had designed it on his phone and isn't a professional designer, he couldn't create a larger file size that could be used. I was finally able to get this version of it designed and it is close to the one I fell in love with and I will definitely enjoy using it.

I specialize in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area - Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.

I surely didn't think of that when my friend sent me a picture of the design he created Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, CRS and was very disappointed when I learned that the design couldn't be used. I am glad that I found a really good alternative though!
