Here we are December 21st, 2020. In the Northern Hemisphere, today is the Winter Solstice. It began at 5:02 a.m. The is day is known, simultaneously, as the shortest day and longest night of the year. BUT, hope arrives tomorrow when we add about 1-minute of daylight each day until the Summer Solstice arrives in June when we have the longest day and the shortest night.

Hi Doug - what a beautiful blessing. I enjoy the changes we have and while in the winter I'm always ready for warmer weather, I love the cooler weather because we get to have a fire in the fireplace.
