UPDATE - June 21st 2008

Here we are half way through the year, and right now in Amador County, there are 534 homes currently for sale, and only 44 in escrow.

Since January, 158 homes have sold with the average days on market being 183. The longest period was 633 and the shortest was only 6 days!

Sales prices ranged from the high of $2,000,000 (a cabin in Kirkwood) to the low of $11,500 (a mobile home in Jackson). The average sales price was $299,548 (average listing price was $317,883) while the median sales price was $275,000 (median listing price was $295,500).

There were 247 homes sold in the previous 6 month (June-December 2007). The average days on market was 182, with a high of 1193 days and zero days being the quickest to sell.

Average sales price was $331,065 ($349,959 was the average listing price), and the median sales price was $300,000 ($319,000 was the median listing price). The highest sales prices was $3,100,000 (a vineyard in Plymouth) and the lowest was $10,000 (a mobile home in Pine Grove).
