Imagine my surprise when I got back to the office today and Gary had figured out how to set up searches in MLS and created several searches for clients. In all these years he's been in business with me he's never taken on this part of the business. He used to manage the back office including tech and financials. And now he's up front with me. I am loving this new Gary!

Gary is so good at details and figuring stuff out (engineer in him). Lucky me and I don't even have to 'teach' him how to do it all! This is Great! 2021 is going to be a great year.

Next, MR Banana is going to take over the CRM files, website, newsletter and everything else. I am free to do what I do best - be with clients and teach. And I have no more broker duties either!

I'm doing my happy dance! Life is good!
