Harbourside is a controversial, waterfront commercial shopping development anchored by the Windham Hotel. Large yachts border the western access where upscale shops and restaurants entertain patrons. Local residents have continually insisted that the town of Jupiter sold out to developers in what has become the bane of complaints, be it noise ordinances or lack of parking. It's still worth mentioning as it's a very short distance to Ocean Trail.
