I know people love those condos, but I have to say that I miss the days when I was in college and we went skinny-dipping out there and built bonfires to roast hot dogs! There was nothing out there but sand and palm trees! The condos are beautiful, but it sure would be great to have an oasis or two of the way it used to be!!! The sky was as black as could be...no lights except those from the stars! Laying on the beach, listening to the waves crash on the shore... contemplating all the important things in life for someone in their 20's... those shores bring back memories!!

Bill & Barbara - Thanks for stopping by! I know what you mean - we lived on the beaches here when condos were the exception and it was a great time. Anything still exist like that in the North Port area?

Cyndee, I know that condos at the beach are the in thing and people are starting to try to bring the condo market to Birmingham. It's hard to believe how many condos have gone up arounf the United States.
