A New View: 2020 in Hindsight
Many of us have been adversely affected by events outside the scope of control this year, whether it's the death of loved ones, divorce, compromised health or loss of business.
How you dealt with that, determines your future.
Trauma can cause complacency, depression, misplaced anger, feelings of despair or even paralysis. Friends and family are ever so important to lean on during these times.
Turn to their kindness for help. They are available because they wish to be and can encourage healing. I was brought to my knees more than once, in despair, due to loss.
On the upside. You are lucky to still be here to enjoy another glorious 365 days in 2021. Life presents opportunities every single day, especially when excited to fully participate.
Tomorrow is yet to be discovered, the past, a state of being and used as a gauge to present time. The future promises special occasions that deserve to be celebrated.
Will outside influences take you down or are you ever resilient, as in many past cycles? In 2021, I'll remain the same person of impenetrable, faith, looking toward a new view.
Happy 2021 all, I can almost see it!
