Eyejot - Any Reviews Out There?

The newest kid on the block (at least to me) in video messaging is Eyejot.

Eyejot is a video messaging platform in which there is NO software to download. You record the message and the receipient of the message is notified via email that they have a new video message.

The best part? It's free! At least so far! You do need a webcam but at this point, who doesn't have one! It would appear that Eyejot works with all web browsers (thanks goodness!) and operating systems. All you need is Adobe Flash.

Anyone try it? What do you think of it? Any feedback? What is the deal with Eyejot and Twitter and how do they interact?

I have always been told that I had a face for radio so no I don't have a webcam!!! But if the service is free who knows I might get one to try it out, thanks for the info.

I'm the founder of Eyejot and would be happy to answer any specific questions you have. I'd offer to help you get started with Eyejot except that it's realy quite simple. However, if you'd like, I'd be happy to send you a sample "hello" Eyejot message so you can see what it looks like to receive one. For people in the Real Estate industry we have a great tool called Eyejot This! which lets you send a video annotation of a web page. Imagine doing that for an existing listing page. Christine - the recipient of your Eyejot video messages does not have to be a member or do anything special in order to view your messages. It just works! :)

Well, I admit it. I'm probably one of those rare ones who does not have a webcam. I stumbled over eyejot this morning when viewing one of my real estate shows. I then turned to my trusted Active Rain to search eyejot and webcams. Looks like I have encountered another curve in the technology world. What kind of webcam do you have or would you suggest?

Just watched your video and see where a suggestion or two was made about a webcam. Still, would like to know what you use? So, on my to do list now, is to go in search of a webcam. Thanks for the info.

Eyejot started out great, but for the last week cannot see who i sent video's to or what video's were sent or viewed, tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash, restored my computer tried 3 different computers 3 different browsers at this point extremely disapointed.
