It IS a New Year...and the Phone is Ringing

I have always said - my phone rings the day Christmas is over. Now I can also say, WOW, my website has been attracting many visitors. Many of my visitors that have already signed up are back and looking at homes, and had a few sign up in December. Still hoping for more to sign up, as I would love to pass on some leads to my new agent (new to me, not new to real estate).

I listed a home on New Year's Day, that will be active mid-week next week, and have a buyer getting pre-approved today, and showing her a few homes tomorrow. GLAD to be busy!

On Christmas morning probably had at least 15 before noon looking at homes, I was SO surprised! Does that mean 2021 will be AWESOME??? I tend to think it will be!
