Chasing the money puts clients in second position.
Anyone over 18 can get a real estate license and practice but the failure rate remains high among new recruits, partly due because the return of investment is not immediate and consistent.
The expectation may be unrealistic by putting in little effort, expecting a huge return. Some look at the process from the outside, thinking it's easy money when it is definitely earned.
Chasing the money puts clients in second position and is never a good work standard, often ending badly. Just take a look at the quarterly newsletter that comes out, it is very telling!
Desperate people do unlawful things, including forging signatures, crossing ethical guidelines for selfish gain with the intention of collecting what they think is owed.
Home buyers and sellers deserve to be put in first position and these things are a must:
- A sincere industry commitment.
- Diligence toward successful outcomes.
- Staying power by effectively handling business.
Diligently pursuing new business is the key rather than chasing the money. It keeps everyone in good standing.
Happy sales all!
